The unique sound of chords on bass and finding his voice, Ovee writes songs of travel, life, love and the struggles of human existence, an alternative folk, layered with soulful funky leads, and fused with hip hop style beats. His music has a variety of emotional overtones, that takes you on a journey, connecting with diverse audiences.

Falling in love with the art of songwriting, poetry and singing at a young age, led to a life long career of performing, touring and working with all manner of bands. Recording pure Rock with the Children of the Sun, including opening for Tea Party, Tom Wilson & Junkhouse, Buffy St. Marie, while working with Songwriter Derek Miller. Progressive funk with the U4ians, alternative funk rock with Emerald Park, Rock Reggae with Loud Love, a TOOL tribute project; Salival and Ska Funk with Butler in the Hey; This has made him an artist with a wide repertoire and adaptability as a performer and solo artist.
